Mercer tied for the lowest round of the day on Tuesday
WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. – Mikayla Dubnik carded her second straight round of 1-over, 73 and is in second place with Mercer moving up to third place after Tuesday's second round of the SoCon Championship from Solina Golf Club in West Columbia, South Carolina.
As a team, Mercer tied with Chattanooga for the lowest round of the day Tuesday with a 15-over, 303. For the tournament, Mercer sits in third place at 39-over, 615. Furman leads the 9-team field at 24-over, 600.
Dubnik has carded two rounds of 1-over, 73 to sit at 2-over par, four shots back of Furman's Audrey Ryu who is at 2-under par. Katie Scheck is tied for fourth place at 5-over par.
Dubnik is tied with Furman's Ryu for the most birdies in the field with eight. The two are also leading the field on par 3's at even par with Scheck one shot behind on them at 1-over.

Mercer's second round of 15-over, was a nine-shot improvement from Monday's round of 24-over par. The Bears' 20 birdies are third most in the field.
Mercer will start the final round off hole one, with Mahima Vurupatur scheduled to be the first Mercer golfer to tee off at 9:20 a.m.
