Women's Golf Prepares To Welcome Teams For Mercer Invitational

FORSYTH, Ga. - The Mercer women's golf team is is set conclude its fall season by hosting the Mercer Invitational Nov. 2-3 from River Forest Golf Club in Forsyth, Georgia.

The field consists on nine teams who will play 36 holes on Sunday and the final 18 holes on Monday. There will be a 9 a.m. silent shotgun start for both days. Mercer will be playing alongside competitors from Florida Atlantic and Seminole State on Sunday.

This is Mercer's fifth and final tournament of the fall season. The Bears last played on Oct. 20-22 at The Ally in West Point, Mississippi where Mercer finished in 9th out of 15 teams. Riley Kim led Mercer at 1-over, 217 for the tournament and was recently named the SoCon Golfer of the Week for her performance at The Ally. The Bears finished in second place at last year's Mercer Invitational.
