MACON - Mercer men's soccer head coach Brad Ruzzo announced the addition of two new members to the 2025 coaching staff.
Joining the staff is Aidan Leak and former Bear, Sekou Agard.
Agard recently graduated from Mercer after playing a decorative four seasons on the Bears' backline. The former defender helped the Bears keep 30 clean sheets throughout his career while also racking up a variety of honors and awards.
"Sekou has left a legacy as one of the best defenders in the program," Ruzzo said. "He has outstanding character and integrity, which is something we value within our program."
Leak comes to Macon after two productive seasons as Eckerd's starting goalkeeper where he maintained a 1.90 GAA and faced 288 shots. Before becoming a Triton, Leak had a successful tenure at Tyler Junior College where he became a JUCO All-American.
"Aidan came in highly recommended and has already made an impact to our goalkeepers," Ruzzo said. "He takes the details very seriously both on the field, and in the office. He will be a tremendous asset, and we look forward to having him on this staff."
