Aidan Leak joined the Mercer Men's Soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach in the Summer of 2025. Leak is a former JUCO All-American and recently finished a 4-year career as a goalkeeper.
Leak joins the Bears' coaching staff after a successful two seasons at Eckerd. As a Triton, Leak started in 27 matches where he logged over 2,400 minutes. Over his two seasons at Eckerd, Leak faced 288 shots and maintained a 1.90 GAA.
Before Eckerd, Leak shined at Tyler Junior College. As a freshman (2021), Leak's 9 clean sheets, 56 saves, and 0.43 GAA earned him NJCAAÂ Division I Third Team All-America honors.
Leak finished his career with 168 total saves, 22 clean sheets and a 1.27 GAA across all levels of competition.Â
Prior to graduating, Leak earned several honors/awards:
2023 Sunshine State Conference Defensive Player of the Week 3x (9/4, 9/18, 10/9)
2023 Academic All-District by College Sports Communicators (CSC)
2023 SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll
2021Â NJCAA Division I Third Team All-America
