Notables:
- Two days removed from being held to its lowest run total all season, the Mercer offense responded with a dominant 14-4 win with four home runs and 12 total hits over Kennesaw State at OrthoGeorgia Park this past Tuesday.Â
- Head coach Craig Gibson earned his 750th career win on March 31, 2026 against Kennesaw State. Gibson became the all-time winningest coach in Mercer history on March 31, 2023 to surpass legendary coach Barry Myers at 600 wins.
- Eli Stephens blasted the third grand slam by a Bear this season against Kennesaw State this past Tuesday. Stephens' blast was his first collegiate grand slam and his seventh home run on the season. The sophomore catcher/outfielder bolsters a 1.236 OPS and a .389 batting average over 72 at-bats.
