Mercer To Visit No. 7 Michigan In Ann Arbor In NCAA Tournament

MACON, Ga. - The Mercer women's lacrosse team will play the No. 7 seed Michigan Wolverines in the NCAA Tournament First Round Friday, May 8 at 3 p.m. from Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Mercer will be making its eight consecutive appearance in the NCAA Tournament. This will be the second all-time meeting between Mercer and Michigan in the NCAA Tournament. The previous meeting was in 2024 in South Bend, Indiana on the campus of Notre Dame.

The Bears enter the NCAA Tournament on a 10-game win streak, sporting a 13-6 overall record.

All first- and second-round games of the NCAA Tournament will be streamed on ESPN+. The NCAA Tournament includes 29 teams. The three top overall seeds earn a first-round bye, with the remaining 26 teams playing first-round games at campus sites on Friday May 8.
