California native, Bill Clark, was raised in Los Angeles where his life largely revolved around his love for basketball. After living in California his entire life, he left the sunny state to attend college in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to play for the Duquesne Dukes. As a student-athlete, he managed to play Division 1 basketball while earning a degree in Corporate Communications in addition to starting the Master's program in Sports Leadership.
Following an accomplished collegiate career, he took his athletic abilities overseas to play professional basketball for 6 years and also drafted to play in the D-league. So many of his amazing experiences playing professionally and traveling overseas helped him think critically about life after basketball. Following his return back to the States, he combined his education and expertise on the court to become determined to make a difference by educating athletes on planning and protecting themselves financially, plus coaching high school basketball for UCLA school Geffen Academy.
