Kendall Ruff was named Director of Player Personnel for the Mercer women's basketball program by head coach Susie Gardner in June 2017. A native of Harrison, Arkansas, Ruff currently lives in Macon.

- Women's Basketball Director of Player Personnel
  - Assist Head Women's Basketball Coach in all phases of the operation of the program
  - Involved in video editing, overseeing budget, planning team travel, coordinating team events, assisting with on-campus recruiting and marketing the women's basketball program

  - Supervised student managers & scout team members
  - Organized & created mail sent to recruits
  - Assisted the Director of Video & Scouting with breaking down game film & player personnel presentations (via Synergy)
