Seth Ralston entered his first season as director of basketball operations for Mercer women’s basketball prior to the 2015-16 season. His responsibilities include coordinating the team’s travel, the Bear Cub program and community service efforts.

Ralston joined the Orange and Black as the director of basketball operations, having spent the 2014-15 as the director of operations at Austin Peay. Ralston also completed a graduate assistantship at Austin Peay, during which time he worked as a video coordinator.

Prior to his time at Austin Peay, Ralston was a student assistant at Western Kentucky, where he worked with both the men’s and women’s teams.
