High school team was 2010 3A State Champions, finishing year ranked first in N.C. and sixth nationally by ESPN/Rise...Named All-Region, All-Conference and All-County her junior season while leading the team as captain...Graduated early from high school to enroll at Mercer...Played club soccer for Charlotte Soccer Academy ‘94 ECNL team, previously Charlotte Soccer Club ’94 Blue, competing in ECNL, Red Bull National League and Region III Premiere League. Won USYSA North Carolina State Championship twice and competed at USYS Regional III championship tournament as the region III representative.

Graduated with honors and early from Marvin Ridge High School with a 4.625 gpa. Earned academic letters all 4 years. Active member of Young Life and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Daughter of Todd and Lisa Hartert. Older sister, Ashley plays soccer for Campbell and also has younger sister, Alexis and younger brother, Todd Jr.
