2012
Was a constant on a Mercer defense that allowed the fourth-fewest goals in the nation last season...Appeared in 21 games in 2012, including 20 starts...Fired nine shots from her outside back position, including two on goal...Part of a Mercer backline that allowed just 13 goals all season, which is the second-fewest in Mercer program history and the fifth-fewest in A-Sun Conference history...Named an A-Sun All-Academic Honoree.

Saw action in 18 of the Bears 20 games as a true freshman, including 13 starts...Had a shot on goal in her first game of her career against Jacksonville State (Aug. 19)...Was fifth on the team in minutes played at 1,454 ... Also named an All-Academic selection by the Atlantic Sun.
High School
Was a two-sport athlete at Linganore High School in New Market, Maryland...Left the Lancers program as the all-time leader in goals (45) and assists (19)...Earned the Golden Boot award in all four of her varsity seasons at Linganore...Was an All-State Honorable Mention selection her sophomore and junior seasons and a first team All-Area selection her freshman through junior seasons ... Was also a first team All-Conference selection her freshman through junior seasons and went on to set the school's single-season records for most goals scored (15) and most assists (7)...Played for head coach Brad Roos and the FC Frederick Premier Team 92...Her 92 team took home the 2008 Maryland State Cup Championship and was a Regional semi-finalist that same year...FC Frederick was also a State Cup finalist and Regional Wild Card team in 2010...Also played on the Maryland ODP team in 2007 and 2008...The 2008 Maryland ODP team played several international matches in Sweden and Denmark ... Her FC Frederick team also won the state cup final in 2011 and went on to regionals.

Graduated as a member of the Honor Roll with Highest Honors... Her father, Jeff is a professor at Catholic University and played collegiate golf at the Naval Academy...Is the daughter of Maribeth and Jeff Giangiuli and has three siblings, Samantha, Jacob and Sydney.
