Mercer Hits Road for SoCon Battle at Wofford

Bears will take on nationally-ranked Terriers at 1:30 p.m. Saturday
MACON, Ga. – Mercer takes to the road this weekend to face No. 7/9 (Coaches/STATS) Wofford in a pivotal Southern Conference game at Gibbs Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Kickoff between the Bears (4-3, 3-1) and the Terriers (5-2, 4-1) is slated for 1:30 p.m. with broadcasts via ESPN3 and Carolina-based CW62. Fans can also tune into "Voice of the Bears" Rick Cameron and the Mercer Sports Network on 100.9 The Creek FM or the SportsMic app.

Mercer is seeking its first win over Wofford since 1941; the Bears are 0-4 against Wofford since 2014 and have lost the last three head-to-head contests by a combined 12 points, including a 28-27 heartbreaker last season in Macon.
