Roberta Todd Earns SoCon All-Tournament Honors

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Mercer outside hitter Roberta Todd was named to the Southern Conference Volleyball All-Tournament Team for her performances against fifth-seeded Wofford and No. 1-seed ETSU last weekend, the league office announced on Sunday night.

Todd helped lead the Bears to a sweep over Wofford on Friday by recording a career-high five service aces alongside nine kills and seven digs. The sophomore from Stoney Creek, Ontario recorded a team-high 11 kills during the 3-0 loss to ETSU on Saturday.

Todd and the Bears (16-13, 8-8 SoCon) finished the 2018 season with their most wins since joining the SoCon in 2014. Mercer also reached its first postseason semifinal match in program history.
