Women’s Squad Heads to Tallahassee to Face FSU Saturday

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer women's tennis team will take a trip to the Sunshine State as they travel to Tallahassee, Fla. to face ACC powerhouse Florida State on Saturday, Feb. 10, beginning at 3 p.m.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
Florida State enters the weekend with a 3-1 overall record, coming off an impressive win over No. 3 nationally ranked Florida, 4-1, last Saturday. The Seminoles also boast victories over other Power Five conference teams in Utah and Virginia. Florida State's No. 1 singles player, Carla Touly, was ranked No. 99 in the ITA's most recent rankings.

Following play this weekend, the Bears will return to Macon for a four-match home stand, beginning with hosting Georgia Southwestern State on Saturday, Feb. 17, with a start time of 11 a.m.
