Bears to battle Chanticleers in midweek battle

MACON, Ga. – Mercer (7-14, 1-7) will travel to Conway, S.C. for a midweek battle against Coastal Carolina (0-10, 0-8), closing out the regular season.

First serve against the Chanticleers will begin at 12 p.m. Wednesday, April 11 followed by another afternoon match at 2 p.m.

NOTABLES

Mercer leads Coastal Carolina 4-0 in program history. The Bears last faced the Chanticleers last season at home, beating them 2-0.
This matchup will close out the regular season for the Bears and will determine their seeding in the ASUN conference tournament.
Sophomore, Amber Gibson and freshman, Gracie Garanich, lead the Bears at the number three pairing with eight wins this season.
Individually, Kylie Keeling leads Mercer with 11 wins this season with Marina Chavez and Emilee Wissmach following with nine wins.
