Mercer Women Host Samford on Thursday Afternoon

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer women's tennis team will host Samford in Southern Conference action at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Leroy Peddy Tennis Center.

Mercer (10-7, 2-0 SoCon) is seeking its ninth straight win as the visiting Bulldogs (9-6) come into town. Samford has yet to play a conference match.

SCOUTING SAMFORD
The Bulldogs have won three of their last five matches including a 4-2 victory over Richmond last Thursday in Charleston, S.C. Samford went 13-10 overall and 5-2 in SoCon play last year while picking up a win over Mercer.

The Bears will travel to Greenville, S.C. to face Furman on Friday, March 29.
