Mercer Continues SoCon Play at ETSU on Tuesday

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer women's tennis team will look to snap a three-match skid when it hits to road to play ETSU at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Dave Mullins Tennis Complex in Johnson City, Tenn.

Mercer (10-10, 2-3 SoCon) has just two Southern Conference matches remaining before it closes out the regular season with three consecutive nonconference contests. Tuesday's match is also the final road match of the season for the Bears.

The Bears are led by Katie Sidor, who is 12-5 overall and 3-1 in SoCon play at the No. 1 flight in singles play. ETSU is 8-9 overall and 3-0 in SoCon action heading into Tuesday's match.

SCOUTING ETSU
The Bucs are undefeated in SoCon play heading into Tuesday's match, having defeated Wofford, Samford and Chattanooga over the last two weeks. Four Bucs have yet to drop a SoCon singles match, including Raquel Amaro, who leads the team in wins (13-4) with 12 coming in the No. 4 flight.

NEXT MATCH
The Bears will play host to Wofford at 2 p.m. Friday, April 5 at the Leroy Peddy Tennis Center. It is the final SoCon match of the season for Mercer's women.
