SERIES HISTORY | LAST MEETING
Mercer and The Citadel are set to battle for the ninth time overall and second time in 2020. The two teams played in Charleston on Sept. 24 and finished in a 1-1 draw after a pair of overtimes. The Bears scored an early first half goal and led until the 76^th minute when the Bulldogs netted the equalizer. Jordyn Ebert spent the duration of the contest in goal and made five stops.

SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS
Mercer has been idle for over two weeks and enters tomorrow's contest with a 1-1-1 record. The Bears' last contest was a 1-0 victory over Georgia Southern on Sept. 24. Ally Fordham's goal 9:06 into the match proved to be all that Mercer needed for the victory. Ebert was steady in the net, making six stops to pick up her first victory and clean sheet of 2020.

Among the NCAA Division I statistical leaders, Ebert's name is featured prominently in a multitude of categories. The senior goalkeeper currently ranks 11^th in saves per match (5.00), 20^th in save percentage (0.833) and 24^th in total saves (15).

Three different players – Aliah Kitchens, Amaya Evans and Fordham – have accounted for the Bears' goals this season. Kitchens is the lone Mercer played to receive credit for an assist. She sent the ball to Fordham in the victory over the Eagles of Georgia Southern.

SCOUTING THE EAGLES
The Citadel has played six contests and enters the match with a 2-2-2 record. The Bulldogs defeated Georgia Southern in their season opener and most recently picked up a win at NCAA Division II Belmont Abbey on Oct. 4.

The Citadel is led by Logan Dix who has scored four-of-five goals for the 'Dogs. She is second in the nation in match-winning goals (2), fifth in goals (4) and seventh in total points (8). In addition to Dix, Zoey Conrad has contributed one goal, while Suzuka Yosue and Kate Manzione have tallied assists. In goal, Jess Newton has started five-of-six contests and made 22 saves, which is 10^th in the country. Brie Sikes played the full 90 minutes in goal in the win over Belmont Abbey and made three stops.
