Mercer to clash with Campbell on Wednesday afternoon
MACON, Ga. – Two of the Big South's top teams will face each other when Mercer and Campbell battle it out at Five Star Stadium with the potential of a regular season championship and league tournament seeding on the line.

SERIES HISTORY
Campbell holds a 4-1 lead over Mercer entering their sixth all-time meeting. The Bears took the last game – a 14-9 decision in February 2020 – to snap a four-game skid to the Camels. Hailey Rhatigan bagged four goals and an assist to lead the Bears in Buies Creek, N.C. in the win. With a victory, it would be the first in the series for Mercer in Macon.
SCOUTING MERCER
The Bears are led offensively by Rhatigan – second in the NCAA with 5.27 goals per game, third in points per game with 6.40 and tops in shots with 11.07 – who has tacked 96 points from 79 goals and 19 assists on the season. Emma Pizzo's 25 caused turnovers pace the defense while Erin Degnan's 62 wins in the draw circle lead the Bears. Iseabal Cryne has seen most of the time in net, tallying 102 saves in nearly 744 minutes.

Like Mercer, the Camels head into this one having fallen in league play for the first time. Sam Bischoff's 61 points from 50 goals and 11 assists while Rebekah Taylor leads the defense with 26 caused turnovers. Julianna Sanchez leads the Camels in the draw circle, having won 67 on the season. Emma Strickland has stopped 126 shots through nearly 856 minutes in net for Campbell.
