MACON, Ga. – The Mercer women's tennis program will venture to Athens, Georgia, to take on in-state foe, No. 3 Georgia, on Tuesday, March 14 at 3 p.m.

RECENT ACTIONÂ
The Bears have been idle for two weeks since the last match against Jacksonville State after the matchup with Georgia was postponed. Prior to this, Mercer claimed back-to-back wins over Georgia College and Lipscomb.

Marina de Diego Quinones leads the team in singles with seven wins on the year. Mary Weston Courville has six wins, all of which were earned on court two. All three doubles pairs have winning records this season led by Eden Schlagenhauf/Camilla Ciaccia at 8-3.
SCOUTING GEORGIAÂ
The Bulldogs are currently the No. 3 team in the country holding only three losses, two of which are to the current No. 1 team, North Carolina. Four players rank in the top 125 singles players led by Lea Ma at No. 10 and Dasha Vidmanova at No. 12. There are also two ranked doubles pairs with Guillermina Grant/Mia Nirundorn ranking 26th and Meg Kowalkski/Mell Reasco at 39th.

Georgia is coming off back-to-back ranked victories over No. 17 Vanderbilt and No. 52 Kentucky. Ma has won four-straight singles matches and has four ranked wins this spring. Vidmanova earned her sixth ranked singles win of the year against the Commodores.
