MACON, Ga. -Â Mercer women's lacrosse travels to Campbell to play for the Big South regular season championship. The Bears have earned at least a share of the Big South regular season title, but a win over Campbell gives the Bears the outright title.

SERIES HISTORY
Saturday will be the 7th all-time meeting between Mercer and Campbell. Campbell leads the series 4-2 with Mercer winning the last two matchups.

The Mercer women's lacrosse team won its final regular season home game in convincing fashion in a 20-4 win over Presbyterian on Wednesday evening.
With the win, the Bears move to 14-2, (8-0 Big South) and will look to win outright the Big South regular season championship at Campbell on Saturday.
For the second consecutive game, 11 different Mercer players scored, including three with hat tricks and two with their first career goals.Â
Chloe Schaeffer led the Bears with four goals and Abby Grimaldi and Maya Maldonadoscored their first career goals. Maddi Koury led the Bears with six points (3G, 3A).
Mercer had a 30-12 shots on goal advantage and won the draw control battle 20-6.
Lyndsey Lewis secured her 100th career draw control and Kayla Soltys led the Bears with eight draw controls on the evening.
SCOUTING CAMPBELL
Campbell suffered its first conference loss of the season on Wednesday, losing 15-14 to High Point. The loss drops the Camels Big South record to 7-1, but a win over Mercer on Saturday would give Campbell a share of the Big South regular season championship and the No. 1 seed in the Big South Tournament.
Campbell is second to Mercer in goals per game at 14.38 goals per game. They lead the Big South in assists per game, man-up goals, caused turnovers per game, and ground balls per game.
This is a matchup of the top 2 teams in the country in caused turnovers per game as each cause more than 13 turnovers per game.
Campbell's leading goal scorer is Cam Bischoff who has 47 goals on the year, second most in the Big South to Shannon Urey's 69 goals. Rasa Welsh leads the conference in points (77) and assists (43).
