Trevor McMullen Named Defensive Player of the Week

MACON, Ga. – Mercer men's soccer senior goalkeeper Trevor McMullen is the Southern Conference Defensive Player of the Week for games that ended on Monday, September 4.
McMullen returned to the pitch against a USF team that made it to the NCAA tournament last season. In his return, Trevor made six saves on the 10 shots he faced.
Trevor is the first Bear to win Defensive Player of the Week honors for the 2023 season. However, he joins freshman forward Barzee Blamma in receiving Southern Conference Player of the Week Honors.
Trevor and the Bears will welcome Jacksonville University to Betts Stadium tonight, September 5 at 6 p.m.
