SERIES HISTORY
Sunday's game will mark the 12th all-time meeting between Mercer and UNCG. UNCG leads the series 5-2-4. Last year, the two teams met in Macon where the teams played to a 1-1 tie. Each of the last three meetings between the two sides have ended in a 1-1 draw.

LAST TIME OUT
Lena Dykes scored her first goal of the season in the 82nd minute to lift Mercer to a 1-0 win over VMI last Sunday from Betts Stadium.

SCOUTING UNCG
UNCG enters Sunday's game coming off its first conference loss of the season as the Spartans lost, 1-0 at Furman. UNCG was picked to finish seventh in the Preseason SoCon Coaches Poll.

UNCG is 2-2-2 at home this season. Through 13 games the Spartans have scored 13 goals and allowed just 12. Their 12 goals allowed are third fewest in the SoCon.

The Spartans' leading point getter is junior midfielder Ava Kiss who has eight points with three goals to go with two assists. Freshman forward Merie Greulich also has three goals on the year for the Spartans.

Junior goalie Emma Malone owns a .769 save percentage and has three shutouts on the season.
