Mercer Atop Leaderboard After Day One Of Fripp Island Intercollegiate

FRIPP ISLAND, S.C. – The Mercer men's golf team sits atop the leaderboard after day one of the Fripp Island Intercollegiate, shooting seven-under on Saturday. Henry Robards and Cole Hanson each shot five-under on the day and are tied for first on the individual leaderboard.

Robards made five birdies and one eagle in his round to card a 66, while Hanson made six birdies for a 66 of his own.

Nathan Trodd and Trey Mixon shot one-over and two-over, respectively. J.T. Herman rounded out the Mercer lineup at five-over.

Competing as an individual, Rohan Singh shot a two-over 73 and sits in a tie for 20th.
