MACON, Ga. - Five Mercer women's soccer players garnered College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District accolades for the 2025 season.
Junior Anna Bachman, sophomore Karlie Dell, senior Lena Dykes, senior Sydney Farr, and sophomore Hayden Lepley were all named to the CSC Academic All-District Team for the Bears.
CSC seeks to honor and celebrate student-athletes who represent the highest caliber of academic and athletic achievement through the annual Academic All-District and Academic All-America programs.
To be nominated, a student-athlete must compete in 90 percent of their institution's contests played or must start in at least 66 percent of the contests and hold at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 GPA scale. No student-athlete is eligible until they are at least a sophomore academically and athletically. Â
Dykes has earned the award all three years in which she has been eligible. It is the second recognition for Bachman and the first recognition for Dell, Farr, and Lepley.
