MACON, Ga. - The Mercer volleyball team dominated UNC Greensboro hitting .345 as a team on Senior Night in Hawkins Arena, taking down the Spartans 3-0.

Sophomore outside hitter Sophia Henry led the charge for the Bears with a match-high 14 kills (.321) and Freshman outside hitter Charlotte Thompson added 11 kills (.391) of her own. Senior setter Jessica Dunn and sophomore setter Sammi Bergjans combined for 40 assists on the night. Sophomore libero Aubri Martin put up a match-high 18 digs and senior defensive specialist Abbey Havrilla added nine digs.

The Bears will play in Hawkins Arena for the last time this season on Saturday, Nov. 8 at 6 p.m. where Mercer will take on Wofford. The match will be streamed on ESPN+.

MATCH REPLAY
SET 1 I 25-18	UNCG took an early 9-4 lead over Mercer to start out the match. The Bears used six-point service runs from Aubri Martin and Jessica Dunn to take the lead 18-13. An ace and back-to-back kills for Mercer secured the first-set win.
SET 2 I 25-20	Both squads battled back and forth throughout set two until a dump from Jessica Dunn put the Bears up 20-18 and Mercer was able to hang on to the lead for the remainder of the set.
SET 3 I 26-24	The Spartans came out with more fight in the third set with 14 tie scores and five lead changes throughout the set. Mercer's offense got hot at the right time while taking advantage of a few UNCG errors and closed the curtain on a Senior Night sweep.
