Marina de Diego Quinones Named First Team All-Conference

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Junior Marina de Diego Quinones was named First Team All-SoCon as announced by the league office Wendesday afternoon.

This marks de Diego Quinones' All-Conference recognition in addition to be named the the SoCon All-Freshman Team in 2023.

This spring season, de Diego Quinones leads the Bears with a 8-11 overall record and 3-3 conference record in singles matches, primarily playing from the number one position for the Bears.

Marina de Dieqgo Quinones helped Mercer finish 3-3 in the SoCon and earn the fifth seed in the SoCon Tournament. The Bears will open their portion of play in the SoCon Tournament on Thursday when they matchup with fourth-seeded Western Carolina at The Champions Club in Chattanooga, Tennesse. That quarterfinal matchup is scheduled to get underway at 1 p.m.
