Women's Lacrosse Signs Transfer Kendall Barnes From Pitt

MACON, Ga. - Mercer women's lacrosse head coach Samantha Eustace has announced the addition of Pitt transfer Kendall Barnes to the Mercer program.
Barnes is an incoming junior transfer from Lutherville, Maryland. She appeared in seven games in two seasons at the University of Pittsburgh.
Her freshman season, Barnes scored four goals on seven shots. She scored her first career goal in Pitt's season opener against Duquesne.
This past season, Barnes had a career high three assists in Pitt's 23-3 win over Niagara.
Barnes attended Maryvale Preparatory School and helped her team finish the 2023 season ranked No. 3 in the country. She was named a "Player to Watch" in 2023 by the Baltimore Banner. She also earned an invite to the 2021 Under Armour 150, a recruiting showcase event featuring some of the top high school women's lacrosse players in the country.
