Men’s Golf Announces 2025-26 Schedule

MACON – Head coach Jason Payne announced the 2025-26 schedule for the Mercer men's golf team. The Bears are scheduled to participate in nine regular season tournaments before the Southern Conference Championship.
Mercer collaborates with Kennesaw State as hosts of the annual Linger Longer Invitational in the Spring.
2025 Fall Schedule
The Bears play four tournaments in the fall, beginning on Sept. 7-9 at the GolfWeek Fall Challenge at True Blue Golf Club in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. After a week off, Mercer travels to Miramar Beach, Florida, to compete in the Sandestin Collegiate Classic on Sept. 22-24.
Mercer continues play with the Bryan Brothers Collegiate, hosted by South Carolina, on Sept. 29-30 in Columbia, South Carolina. The Bears end their fall slate with the Furman Intercollegiate on Oct. 18-19 in Greenville, South Carolina.
2026 Spring Schedule
The men's golf team is committed to play in six tournaments in their spring window, beginning on Feb.16-17 with the Wexford Intercollegiate in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. After Spring Break, the Bears return to South Carolina to compete in USC Aiken's Palmetto Intercollegiate on March 9-10. The following week, Mercer takes a trip up the road to Athens, Georgia to compete in The Southern Intercollegiate.
From March 20-22, Mercer and Kennesaw State host the Linger Longer Invitational in Greensboro, Georgia, at the Great Waters course at Reynolds Lake Oconee.
The Bears wrap up regular season play with the Augusta/Haskins Award Invitational on April 4-5 in Augusta, Georgia, and the Wofford Invitational on April 12-14 in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
The SoCon Championship is slated for April 27-29 at the Solina Golf Club in Columbia, South Carolina.
