Beach Volleyball Receives Presidential Scholastic Award

MACON, Ga. - The Mercer beach volleyball team received the Presidential Scholastic Award for the 2024-25 academic school year.
The Presidential Scholastic Award is an annual award recognizing the top academic team in the athletic department and is awarded to the team with the highest grade point average for the academic school year. The Bears achieved a team GPA of 3.74 for the 2024-25 academic year with 16 athletes recording a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
This is the third time under head coach Josh Marsh that the program has won the Presidential Scholastic Award.
