Track & Field Picks Up USTFCCCA Academic Award

MACON – It was business as usual for the Mercer track & field team on Monday morning when the Bears were, again, decorated with the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Team Academic Award.

To be named a USTFCCCA NCAA Division I All-Academic Team, the cumulative grade point average for all student-athletes on the institution's NCAA squad list for outdoor track & field must be 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. The Orange & Black registered a collective 3.362 GPA during the 2024-25 academic year.
