- Competed at five meets
- Set five of the program’s top-10 times in the 100-meter dash, four-of-ten in the 100-meter hurdles and three-of-ten in the 200-meter dash
- Began the season with wins in the 100-meter dash (11.87 seconds) and 200-meter dash (24.31) at the GATA Classic (March 13). Both times rank fourth in program history. Finished second as a member of the 4x100-meter relay team.
- Set the second-fastest time in the 100-meter dash at the UCF Black and Gold Invite (March 20). Finished second with a time of 11.85 seconds.
- Won the 100-meter hurdles at the Spikes Classic (April 3). Time of 13.92 seconds ranks is second in program history.
- Ran second in the 100-meter dash and third as a member of the 4x100-meter relay squad at the Aggie Invitational (April 10). 100-meter dash time of 11.86 seconds is third in program history.
- Crossed the line in seventh in the 100-meter hurdles at the Aggie Invitational (April 10). Time of 14.18 ranks fifth overall.
- Led Mercer to a sixth-place finish at the SoCon Championships (May 1-2). Won a pair of finals, had three indivdual podium finishes and set three individual program records.
- Left the competition in the dust with an 11.63-second program record-setting performance in the 100-meter dash to earn the gold. All her finals took place on May 2
- Won the 200-meter dash and set a program record of 23.88 seconds in the process
- Last podium finish came in the 100-meter hurdles. Placed second to Wofford’s Kerrington Johnson with a program record time of 13.70 seconds.
- Part of a team podium finish as part of the 4x100-meter relay team which finished third with a time of 46.53 seconds, the seventh-fastest time in MU history
- Became the first Mercer student-athlete to win Most Outstanding Athlete honors at the SoCon Championships. The award is given to the student-athlete with the most points. Wright scored 28 points – 10 in the 100 and 200-meter dash events and eight in the 100-meter hurdles.
- Also became the first Mercer student-athlete to win Female Most Outstanding Track Performer at the championships. The award is voted on by the conference’s head coaches.
- Victorious in the 100-meter hurdles, taking home first-place in her main event with a time of 14.38 seconds at the Jaguar Open (March 6)
