2012: Appeared in 12 games for the Bears… caused five turnovers on the season… picked up two ground balls against Ohio St. (2/11).
2011: A top defender for the Bears, starting all 13 games ... One of just four players to start every contest during the inaugural season ... 29 ground balls ... Caused 17 turnovers ... Had one assist versus Duke (3/13).
High School: A graduate of East Hampton (2010) … Coached by Mike Vitulli … Four-year letterwinner … Team MVP as a senior … Two-time team captain … Won Super Six championship … Also earned two letters in football, where he earned team’s “Most Improved” award as a senior … EHHS Honor Roll all four years … National Honor Society member … EHHS Personal Best Character Award as a freshman … National Young Leaders Award as both a sophomore and junior … A member of EHHS’ “Century Club” by amassing 130 hours of community service … Earned school’s “Athletic Director’s Award,” based on athletic performance, as well as character, citizenship, leadership, sportsmanship and scholarship … Played club lacrosse for Team Long Island, coached by Mike Gongas, where he was an Adidas High School All-American.
