Sofia Lekas began her time as a graduate assistant with the Mercer women's soccer program in 2019.Â

- August 2019-Present – Mercer University (Graduate Assistant)
- 2020-21 (COVID-19 forced the season to span the fall and spring semesters)
- Part of a staff that guided the Bears to eight wins and a SoCon semifinals appearanceÂ
- Instrumental in guiding a team that led the conference in points (103), goals (36), assists per match (1.63) and saves (96)
- Coached three of the conference's top five players in points scoredÂ
- Trained six All-SoCon selections, two all-tournament team members, three United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-South Region honorees and one CoSIDA All-District IV member
- 2019
- Helped lead the Bears to 16 wins. Mercer was one of only 16 teams in the country to reach that mark.
- The 16 wins set a program record
- Helped Mercer go 7-2 in SoCon matches
- Mentored eight All-SoCon selections
- Mentored Jordyn Ebert and Payton Jamieson who recorded nine shutoutsÂ

- Four-year varsity soccer player at Georgia College.
- Appeared in 72 career games and scored 17 career goals, which ranks fourth all-time in Georgia College history
- Scored a career-high 11 goals during her senior season, which is the third-most in single-season history
- Three-time Peach Belt Conference All-Academic Selection and a PBC Bronze Scholar
- Served as a summer soccer camp counselor and coach for camps held at Georgia College and Mercer University
- Georgia College & State University, 2019 (Bachelor of Science in Public Health).
