- Started the season with a fourth-place finish in the 1500-meter run (5:04.78) at the GATA Classic (March 12)
- Finished fifth in the 800 (2:26.35) and 1500 (5:00.15) at the Spikes Classic (April 3)
- Came home 13th in the 1500-meter run at the SoCon Championships (May 2). Ran the race in 4:59.42.
- Finished second in the 800-meter event at the Jaguar Open (March 6)
