
Bagrou Earns All-Freshmen Recognitions

MACON, Ga. – Freshman forward Will Bagrou has picked up two more honors following his breakout season for the Bears.
Bagrou has been named a College Soccer News Second Team All-Freshman selection, as well being ranked No. 46 on Top Drawer Soccer's Freshmen Top 100 list.
Bagrou finished the season with 29 points off 12 goals and five assists. The rookie led the SoCon in total goals and total points, and finished the season ranked No. 9 and No. 11 nationally. Bagrou also tallied five game-winning goals, leading the conference and ranking 12th in the country. The Dacula, Ga., native also finished in the top-20 nationally in goals per game (0.57) and points per game (1.38). Bagrou earned two spots in Mercer's single-season record books in 2014, ranking sixth in goals and eighth in points.
Bagrou was also named the SoCon Freshman of the Year and was a SoCon All-Conference First Team and the All-Tournament Team selection. He also was a NSCAA All-Region Second Team honoree.
