Mercer Cheer to Host College Prep Clinic in December

Clinic is open to high school-aged students, current Mercer students
MACON, Ga. – The Mercer University cheerleading program will host its College Prep Clinic on Dec. 2 at the University Center for high school-aged students as well as current Mercer students.
The clinic will focus on advanced level stunts, pyramids and game day materials; all interested high school-aged students or current Mercer students are encouraged to have interest in joining the Mercer cheer team. A tour of Mercer's campus as well as a question-and-answer session about what it is like to cheer at Mercer will also be provided during the clinic.
Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. before the clinic runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Dec. 2. Participating individuals must pay $50 (high school-aged students) or $25 (current Mercer students) and are required to bring a Facilities Usage Form on the day of the clinic.
All participating high school seniors and current Mercer students are asked to wear a black top (tank top or T-shirt) while all high school freshmen, sophomores and juniors should wear a white top (tank top or T-Shirt). Individuals must be registered for the clinic by Nov. 18 in order to guarantee your T-shirt size.
