PLAYER OF THE GAME
NOTABLES
Coach Bob Hoffman – "We had a lot of guys make some plays. Our first group set the tone by playing good defense at the beginning. We will need to be connected on all of the possessions like we were tonight. Some of our young guys came through tonight. We have a lot of guys that can score the ball. We're trying to focus on team defense. Early on, we started out playing really well on the defensive end. I was on our guys earlier today because I've been on the opposite ends of games like this. I'm pleased we came out and executed the way we needed to and now we need to get ready to play a tough game Tuesday night at Georgia State."
RECORDS UPDATE
Mercer travels north up I-75 to square off against Georgia State Tuesday, Nov. 13 in Atlanta. Tipoff time at GSU Sports Arena is 7 p.m. (ET).
