Bears Continue SoCon Campaign with Wofford Sunday

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer Bears' men's tennis team will return to action, hosting Southern Conference foe Wofford this Sunday, March 18. Play is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. at the LeRoy Peddy Tennis Center.

Scouting the Terriers
Wofford enters Sunday's matchup holding an impressive 8-3 mark on the year. The Terriers dropped a 5-2 decision to Lipscomb in their last outing (3/16/18). The last time Wofford and Mercer met, the Bears won 5-2 at the Reeves Tennis Center in Spartanburg, S.C. (3/14/17). The Terriers are led by a pair of seniors in Parks Schoen and Jack Thomas. Rod Ray is in his 18^th year as the Head Coach of the Wofford Terriers.
