Bears Host Bruins in SoCon Action

MACON, Ga. – The Mercer men's soccer team returns to action on Thursday, Oct. 31 when they host Belmont in Southern Conference action. The Bears and Bruins kickoff at 7 p.m.

SERIES HISTORY | LAST MEETING
Mercer leads the all-time series, 9-6-1, over Belmont. The last matchup between these two teams was last Oct. 16 when the Bears came away with a 3-1 win in Nashville. The 2018 season, was the first year Belmont was in the SoCon.

This season, the Bruins have scored 18 goals, led by Niccolo Dagnoni with seven goals. Dagnoni also leads the team with 17 points. Jordan Dozzi leads the team with four assists on the season. The Bruins are averaging 10.3 shots per game. In goal for Belmont, Nicolo Dini leads the way with 944 minutes played. He has a goals-against-average of 1.81 on the season and has one shutout. As a team, the Bruins are allowing 1.77 goals per game and have allowed 26 goals in 14 games this season.
