UNCG SERIES HISTORY | LAST MEETING

VMI SERIES HISTORY | LAST MEETING
Mercer and VMI will also meet for the 8th time in their history when they play on Sunday afternoon.  Mercer has won the last three matchups and in their last seven games the Bears have scored two or more goals when meeting – only allowing 4 goals combined in all of their matchups.
SCOUTING THE BEARS
MU finished their opening four games of conference at 2-1-1 behind three Jordyn Ebert clean sheets. The graduate student keeper made five saves in her last contest against the 7th seed Chattanooga. A second half goal off of a PK by Ally Fordham, separated Mercer from the Mocs in their tilt.
SCOUTING THE SPARTANS
UNCG will welcome the Bears as they are 1-1-1 in SoCon play, having defeated VMI, tied with UTC in overtime and lost to Samford by a 0-3 score line. This past weekend, UNCG only needed to make two first half goals to secure their win. Caroline Woods led the Spartan attack with four shots on goal and was able to put one in the back of the net.
SCOUTING THE KEYDETS
VMI will host in Lexington on Sunday following our Friday night match. VMI completed their first games at 0-3 in their SoCon contests. Riley Flanagan leads the Keydets with seven goals and three assists.
