Payton Schanen remains the only player under par at the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational

GREENSBORO, Ga. – Graduate student Payton Schanen of the Mercer women's golf team remains atop the leaderboard after the second round at the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational on Saturday.

Schanen heads into the final round with a 1-under par on the tournament and is the only player in the field of 88 to be shooting par-or-better. As a team, the Bears are in fourth place and are five strokes behind Old Dominion who leads the field with a team score of 603 (+27).
