EVENT DETAILS
Date: Saturday, Nov. 5th
Time: 11 a.m. First Pitch

HOW IT WORKS
· You may sponsor one or more groups by pledging a dollar amount per home run a group hits. You can select the preset option of $1 per home run or write in your own desired amount. IMPORTANT: Gifts are per home run ($1 per home run x 25 groups HRS, is a $25 donation)
· Each student-athlete of the group will have 30 seconds to hit off of a batting practice style toss from a member of the coaching staff, with their individual total counting towards the group's aggregate
· Each group will cycle through three times, and the group with the highest number of home runs at the end will be declared the winner
· There will also be a Free-For-All round where Mercer students, staff, family, and friends will have an opportunity to swing for the fences
· During the Free-For-All round, $10 will buy you 10 swings at the plate!!
· Activities such as a 50/50 Raffle, Speed Pitch, Dizzy Bat, and MORE will be happening all afternoon!
