Mercer falls to Miami (Fla.) in Coral Gables

CORAL GABLES, FLA. – On Friday afternoon, Mercer fell to Miami (Fla.) at the Neil Schiff Tennis Center by a 0-7 margin.

The ACC's Hurricanes set the tone for the match by sweeping for the doubles point with a 6-1 score at No. 1 and 6-2 at No. 2 Miami's top duo checked in at fifth in the latest rankings. The Bears' No. 3 duo of Danny Flynn and Samuel Macleod fought to a 4-4 deadlocked before it went unfinished.

Mercer will stay in south Florida as they will take on FAU tomorrow in Boca Raton.
