LAST TIME OUT
Mercer moves to 5-3-5 on the season and 1-1-1 in Southern Conference play following a tie against Furman. The Bear's defense showed out tonight against the Paladins, Fullbacks Natnael McDonald and William Pondeca were an important part of the success of the defense on Saturday night. Along with the fullbacks, center defenders Sekou Agard and Chad Eldridge were winning many balls out of the air and making huge tackles that slowed down the play of the Paladins. Midfielders Carlos Santamaria, Nick Wanzer, and Rayvon McGann played crucial roles in creating opportunities for forwards Barzee Blama, Ehi Aimiuwu, and Kadeem Agard.

Last season Lipscomb finished 14-3-1 and went 8-1-0 in the Atlantic Sun Conference play.
Throughout twelve games this season, the Bison are 7-2-1 and 5-0 in ASUN conference play. The Bison are coming off a 1-0 win over Florida Gulf Coast on Saturday, October 14. Currently, the Bison are on a four-game winning streak, picking up wins against Central Arkansas, North Florida, Belmont also. Â
