Men’s Tennis Nets Three Doubles Wins On Final Day Of Wofford Invite

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The tandems of Nemanja Stefanovic and Marceau Fouilhoux, Lucas Dini and Samuel MacLeod and Howell Burns and Andrew Branicki all registered doubles wins as the Mercer men's tennis team closed out action at the Wofford Invitational on Sunday.

Stefanovic/Fouilhoux surrendered just one game on the way to a convincing 6-1 win over Wofford's Will Fullett and Ian Rasheed, and the Bears used a 7-6 victory by Burns/Branicki over Hugo Rask and Owen Dooley to split with the Terriers. Dini/MacLeod made quick work of SCSU's tandem to register the only doubles win for the Orange & Black against South Carolina State.

Sunday's action closed out the fall portion of the 2023-24 regular season schedule for the Bears. Mercer will be back in action again, Jan. 12-13, 2024, when it heads to Tallahassee, Fla., for the Florida State Tri-Match.
