Men’s Tennis Adds Gasser To 2024-25 Roster

MACON – Mercer men's tennis head coach Eric Hayes announced an addition to his 2024-25 roster as international standout Esteban Davila Gasser inked a National Letter of Intent to continue his academic and athletic career with the Bears.

Gasser, a native of Santa Cruz, Bolivia, comes to Middle Georgia having already turned in impressive appearances on the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) circuits. A transfer from Broward College in southeast Bolivia, Gasser has climbed as high as No. 304 in the Junior ITF rankings, while logging an impressive 11.34 Universal Tennis Rating (UTR).

Gasser has also earned a point on the ATP circuit, as well as a world ranking.
