Bears Hosts Linger Longer Invitational

EATONTON– Mercer Men's Golf Team is set to host the Linger Longer Invitational in Eatonton, Georgia. The 54-hole tournament is at the 7,436 Yard, par-72 Great Waters Golf Club. Day one will consists of one round of 18 holes, while Monday is round two and Tuesday is the final round.

THE FIELD
The Bears will be matched up against 13 other schools that feature 75+ other competitors. The schools included in this event include the hosts Mercer, Alabama, Augusta, Charlotte, Clemson, Georgia State, Georgia Tech, Jacksonville, Kennesaw State, Louisiana Tech, UNCG, Virginia, and Wofford College.

THE LINE-UP
Leading Coach Payne's squad is senior Tobias Jonsson. Joining Jonsson are Jay Spivey, Jacob Uyesato, Jonathan Parker, and Trey Mixon. Charlie Fischer and Gustav Sjoberg are playing as individuals during this event.
