SERIES HISTORY
Saturday's game will be the 47th all-time meeting between Mercer and Chattanooga. Chattanooga leads the all-time series, 27-19, however the Bears won the first meeting of the season back on New Year's Day, 99-94 in overtime.
LAST TIME OUT
Marcus Overstreet recorded a double-double off the bench and Mercer rolled to a dominant 80-46 win at home over The Citadel Wednesday night from Hawkins Arena.
The 46 points allowed by the Bears were the second fewest allowed in a game this season (43 vs Trinity Baptist). Mercer dominated points in the paint on the night, 42-20. Offensively, Mercer was balanced getting 28 points from its bench with nine different players making a field goal. The Bears also won the battle on the glass, outrebounding the Bulldogs, 44-34.

Mercer and Chattanooga rank second and third in scoring offense in the SoCon respectively.
SCOUTING CHATTANOOGA
Chattanooga enters Saturday's game with an 14-8 record, including a 6-3 mark in conference play. The Mocs are 5-1 in their last six conference games. Chattanooga most recently defeated Western Carolina 84-60 on the road last Wednesday.
In conference play, Chattanooga is leading the league in scoring at 80.3 points per game. They are the only SoCon team shooting better than 50 percent from the floor in conference games as well at 50.7 percent.
The Mocs' assist-to-turnover ration of 1.64 is tops in the SoCon. Chattanooga has the top three players in conference play in assist-to-turnover ratio in Garrison Keeslar, Bash Wieland and Jack Kostel.
Chattanooga has three players averaging slightly better than 13 points per game in Bash Wieland, Trey Bonham and Honor Huff.
