Missed most of the year due to a serious knee injury … Showed he was the ultimate team player, however, when he forfeited his redshirt and played 54 minutes in Mercer’s A-Sun Tournament title game against Florida Gulf Coast (Nov. 11) … Named an A-Sun All-Academic Honoree.

2011:

Helped anchor a stingy Mercer defense by playing multiple positions along the back line … Appeared in 17 games, making 14 starts … Helped the Bears rack up an impressive seven shutouts on the season, ranking them second in the A-Sun Conference in that statistic … After coming off the bench for the first two games of the season, made 13-straight starts for Coach Ruzzo spanning over a month and a half … Started in six of Mercer right A-Sun Conference games … Logged a start and played all 90 minutes against ACC power Duke (Nov. 4) ... Named an All-Academic selection by the Atlantic Sun.

2010:

Stepped in when injuries or lineup changes occurred and manned multiple positions in Mercer’s back four … Appeared in five games, making one start … Make his first collegiate start against VMI (Sept. 24) and played the full 90 minutes in a Bears 2-0 win … Appeared in three A-Sun Conference contests against USC Upstate (Sept. 30), North Florida (Oct. 21) and Belmont (Oct. 30).

High School

Lanky defensive player who has the potential to facilitate the offense from the back end ... named the team MVP his freshman, sophomore and junior seasons as well as team captain his sophomore and junior campaigns ... voted onto the All-State team as a senior ... led the Pirates to a 12-3-1 record and a regional championship his junior season ... tallied one goal and eight assists from his center back position as a junior ... also earned two letters in track and three in cross country while at Pike County.
